Shipping & returns

These are the policies that will apply when our store opens. We are not taking orders yet.

Shipping

• We plan to ship within the United States at launch.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $40; a flat $4.95 on smaller orders.
• Orders will ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.

Returns

• 30-day comfort promise: if a pair is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
